Enable SOAP in Cpanel
To enable soap on shared hosting servers on our cloudlinux platform (these servers are named webhostingXXXX.1onlyhost.net).
First log into cpanel.
Click on the option “Select PHP version”
Instead of native (the default) select another PHP version. Check php.net for the latest version. As of this writing PHP 5.4 or 5.5 is recommended.
Click save as current.
You will then be able to select ‘soap’ in the modules section and click save.
