How to Suspend or Unsuspend cPanel Accounts Within WHM

In this tutorial, we can check how to suspend or unsuspend cPanel accounts within WHM

To Suspend an account

1) Log in to WHM.

2) Go to the ‘Account Functions’ option in WHM.

3) Click ‘Manage Account Suspension’ option under ‘Account Functions’.

4)  You can select the account either by clicking the username or the main domain of the account.

5) You can also place a note in the box ‘Reason’ to help remember why it was suspended.

6) Click ‘Suspend’ option to suspend the account.

To Unsuspend an account

1)  Log in to the WHM.

2)  Go to the ‘Account Functions’ options in WHM.

3)  Click ‘Manage Account Suspension’ option under ‘Account Functions’.

4)  Click ‘Unsuspend’ option to unsuspend the account.
